Ankara Medipol Dental Hospital

I'm receiving periodontology treatment from Associate Professor Mediha Nur Nişancı Yılmaz at Medipol Ankara University Dental Hospital. She's extremely knowledgeable in her field and a very caring and friendly doctor. She instills confidence by explaining every step of the treatment in detail, and her patience and meticulousness make me feel very comfortable. It's a great opportunity for me to receive treatment from such a doctor. I thank her for her efforts.

I'd like to thank Dr. A. Oğuz Aydoğdu. He's truly excellent at prosthetics. It turned out exactly as I wanted. He's someone who strives to convey what he believes is right and to do what he believes is right.

I never recommend it!!! We went to Medipol Dental Hospital to have my daughter's teeth fixed. First, they had anesthesia. Then, they told us we would be contacted in two weeks to get a retainer. I got a call two months later and went back. They said, "Why did you come after two months? The retainer might not be there, we might need to take another impression." They tried another patient's retainer, not my daughter's. Then, they blamed us and said, "You didn't come, we'll take another impression." They scared my daughter, who was already scared, by taking another impression. Then, they said, "The retainers might have gotten mixed up, let's try another retainer." They then placed my daughter's retainer and tried to blame us for their mistake. I never recommend them because of this unpleasant treatment.

I went for treatment for an impacted tooth, and I was hesitant. Fortunately, everything went well, and I was satisfied. The doctors and other staff there were friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Dr. Rana Hamed. He treated me very well with his friendliness and sincerity, proving himself to be a good surgeon. The hospital was clean, comfortable, and easy to access.

The hospital received top marks for its cleanliness and order. The doctor who treated me, Ms. Aybüke, immediately made me feel like a professional. When I was in significant pain, I made an appointment with her as soon as possible, and I was very pleased. Her practicality, speed, and friendly demeanor deserve praise. She doesn't just do things on a whim. Ankara needs a hospital with such friendly and competent dentists. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who contributed, and to Ms. Aybüke, who treated me. My only criticism is the attitude and tone of voice of the staff at the patient registration desk: they talk to people as if they're about to hit them. While waiting for our turn, they have the same attitude towards everyone we observe. This is very off-putting. People respond in the same tone without even realizing it. This needs to be addressed urgently. (Edit: This issue has been fixed and taken into account immediately. 👏🏻) Edit: After explaining my fears, Dr. Raha, who performed my wisdom tooth extraction, approached me with patience, like a mother would approach her child to avoid fear. I don't understand how she managed to extract my tooth without causing any pain. Her kindness and gentleness are reflected in her work. I thank him very much.
