Went here to get the rabies vaccine after getting scratched by a stray cat. Everything went smoothly and everyone was incredibly helpful. Also, everything was free!!

Unless you have a Turkish ID or residence permit, general tourists cannot make an appointment here.

Don't go here if you're a tourist. Although the emergency staff helped us fairly quick. But there was a lady with curly hair who doesn't like her job. Her main target was not to help us with the insurance payment. She is very rude. Her goal was to make us wait as long as possible before we could leave while she refused to give us the medical report. She is the reason for the 1 star rating. Nobody speaks English. Very unhygienic and dirty. Cats are walking around in the treatment room. Very chaotic.

Big hospital. Have translator. Doctor didn't do any test. Just listened us and gave us prescription for antibiotic for 7 months baby. On next day fever gone and baby got rash. Thats mean it's not tonsillitis as doctor thoughts. So it's a BIG MISTAKE to give to weak baby antibiotic that baby don't need. I paid for doctor, for antibiotic...for nothing. For hurt my child. IT Is unacceptable!!!

It's pretty convenient to see a doctor here as there is an independent window for international travelers. There is a staff helping us all the way to fill out the form, make a phone call with an interpret for translating our problems, queue for the procedure, and finish our injection. Many thanks to him! Btw it's free to have a rabies vaccine in Turkey!😂
