Communication with the patient should be improved, and for example, let's say there is a patient who is being cared for by a doctor throughout the treatment process, that doctor should also look at the patient on the next visit, another doctor comes and asks questions because he doesn't know what to do, and we have to deal with him, please fix this situation. I am saying these as someone who has been treated here for 4 years, the situation I am describing has started happening for 1 year. Other than what I have described, it is fine.

I came to Özlem Çetin for my dental treatment and was very pleased. She truly cares about her work, is meticulous and careful. Her explanations made me feel very comfortable, and she completely alleviated my fears. She's friendly, patient, and very caring. I no longer have a fear of dentists, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!

They are really uncaring except for one or two doctors, all of them are uncaring, no, besides being uncaring, we make an appointment at 17:15, I go in and wait at 17:00 and they examine us at 19:45, what exactly is the purpose of an appointment? You can make an appointment at 17:45 at most for a 17:15 appointment, waiting half an hour is not a problem. On top of all of them, they work by scamming as if the brackets break, yes, it is normal to charge for a broken bracket, but since we break the brackets, they only spit in our faces. We are not paying little for an orthodontic treatment, and in the end, we are embarrassed in that too. Long story short, they are uncaring, you cannot say that they love their job, they usually do their job carelessly and in general there is not a single plus to consider for a person, everything is either at the normal level it should be or very bad, there are no good things in my opinion.

I have braces and still go for regular checkups. I'm very happy with the change, thank goodness. It's great that my doctor is friendly and thorough, so I definitely recommend him.
