Bursa City Hospital

I feel very disappointed with the way the visiting situation was handled. My father had surgery and is currently in a coma. I live in Germany and could only stay for two days, the doctor assured me that we would be allowed to visit my father for at least 10 minutes, even though the regular visiting hours were from 10:00 to 11:00. We arrived on time at 10:00, but we were not called until 12:15. After waiting for over two hours, I was allowed to see my father for only about 45 seconds. This was extremely upsetting and felt very disrespectful given the circumstances. I understand that hospital staff have protocols to follow and are under pressure. However, in sensitive situations like this, more clarity, empathy, and communication would make a big difference. At the very least, visitors should be informed honestly about waiting times and conditions.

Government hospital where you can get everything done quickly and efficiently. My problem is the attitude of the staffs and nurses that work there. The questioning and rude looks they give me while asking me continuously if I’m Syrian/Afghan/ if I only speak Arabic (I’m not even an arab let alone having the ability to speak the language). I will never forget the looks of these people looking down on foreigners.

My experience in this hospital is not good We came there to make a medical report for my father, but unfortunately some doctors ignored the clinical examination and the necessary tests to reach the correct diagnosis for the chief complain and the chronic history of my father , but instead of that they avoid their responsibility by writing that the patient was not examined. It is unfortunate that the doctor thinks of avoiding their responsibility instead of thinking credibly about the correct diagnosis and doing the necessary work for that. But to be fair and honest All thanks and respect to Dr.ÇİĞDEM ÇELİK He deserve our respect he is intelligent and have a huge knowledge to diagnose

This was the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I came they have left the patient outside Vomiting saying :(when she finish you can bring her to me). It was a big disappointment, my daughter was too ill when we wanted to let her meet the doctor they said you must pay before we take care of her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I wanted to pay they sent to a place that is too far away from the emergency place. After I've finished paying and told the doctor he said OK lift her to the bed to let me see what is the problem!!!!! I think this was his job not mine YOU should take care of the patients... IF I need to complete my story then I'll need two more hours to describe in details, I'll not go again there it is literally hell

My baby entered the ICU. They made X-rays and tests, and the first visit of the doctor was after more than 72 hours. They never answered us about the diagnosis of our baby's condition and the treatment plan!!! and we left the hospital after 5 days without getting answers. No need to tell you about the hardened minds and hearts, and the bad behaviour of the nurses and the medical staff. It was a bad experience, I hope not to happen again to us or anyone.
