My denture which I used for 11 years in perfect condition was renewed and remade by them 3 years ago. They also cut the existing tooth underneath quite a bit and while doing so they said that I could use this tooth in good condition for 10 years but it fell out before 3 years and now the tooth underneath is rotten and broken and they say it cannot be remade without an implant. If you had suggested an implant from the beginning if it would not be strong enough I am forced to pay twice for the same tooth. My money and time for a tooth has gone to waste. How can I trust you now? You are the one who caused the tooth to that state and forced the implant at the end of the process, your dentistry. I think the process is only considered commercial.

About seven months ago, I went to Dent 48 and had my existing tooth removed by Fahri. Efe fixed it with a screw, and Fahri took over the process and built a tooth with zirconium. I paid around 8,000, and when I asked if I should be worried about using this tooth or if it would dislodge if I bit something, Fahri said it was stronger than before and I could eat a sandwich. Seven months later, my tooth fell out. When I went to see Fahri, he said it was probably broken from clenching. However, before I had this procedure, I had two broken teeth with poor fillings in the back, but they weren't broken from clenching, but this tooth somehow broke. He temporarily bonded my tooth, and since we're supposed to earn more money than satisfaction, I was told persistently that nothing could be done and that an implant was necessary. Not everyone has the financial means to get an implant, nor am I wealthy enough to throw away 8,000 TL for a tooth I had replaced seven months ago. After the bonding process I went to him and said I am not at peace, I can't eat, we need to do something and it hasn't even been a year since this problem needs to be resolved and he said we have a laboratory there so I can research the cost and get back to you. It's been a week and a half and he must have such a disinterested approach to his patients because he didn't get back to me so I called him. They said the extraction fee for the tooth they screwed in themselves is 3500 TL and the cost of a new zirconium tooth is 4000 TL. Under normal circumstances, thanks to you, there is a patient who has suffered a hard time and the fact that they are even charging a price for removing the screw inside to fix the situation, I see this as a complete money-making attempt. I regret getting involved and I will seek my rights from every channel. If you are thinking of getting a new tooth, I definitely do not recommend it because if that tooth breaks and falls out, unfortunately the problem is not theirs, the problem is yours and they do not care about your hardship at all.
