I SAY STAY AWAY. My wife was going to this doctor regularly for general checkups and dental care. In July, a cavity was detected in her tooth. She had a root canal, and we went on vacation, but complained of pain and visited dental clinics in Muğla, ending our vacation early. She examined her and admitted that she couldn't do the root canal properly and apologized. She then performed another root canal, but also scheduled the crown for 6 months later. Not even 3 months after the second root canal, the tooth fractured down to the root. Now, she refuses to admit her mistake and refuses to offer compensation or a refund. IN SHORT, we lost a healthy tooth. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: What if you cleaned 3 of the 4 canals, missed one, caused all that trouble, and then admitted your mistake, drilled the tooth thoroughly, and performed the 4th canal, and then charged me a fee? :) Then you can't just admit you missed the oversight and write this here. Is this a successful treatment? We haven't even asked for a refund, you're lying. Didn't we even tell you, even though your staff and my wife were with us, that if only you had done the crown before the tooth fractured, the cost wouldn't have been a big deal? After all the pain and tooth loss, we didn't continue with their treatment. I said we wouldn't trust you again, wouldn't have the tooth extracted here, and that I would leave a negative review. Now, seeing their response, I've seen how right I was. We're not losing our lives on the road, after all, and if anyone can, good luck.
