It's not like hotel ... the room is looks very old and the furniture is too. Location is inside old residential area . Not recommended at all .

Three stars only for having some good therapists and some good staff .

The rooms were clean and functional, and the pool was equally beautiful. Hygiene rules were observed, and swimming without a swimming cap was not permitted. However, the pool staff could have been more courteous.

We stayed at the Tuzla Medical Thermal Hotel for one night, but we extended our stay because we were so pleased with the hotel and staff. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the hotel is very clean. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor pools. I would like to thank the hotel management and staff.

We stayed here for overnight stays. The environment was very clean and peaceful, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The open buffet breakfast and dinner were prepared without exaggeration. I was very pleased.
