Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Training and Research Hospital

My son and i went to this hospital to do the pcr test because my son has to travel to Hungary for studying, Hungary required two tests in last five days between two test at least 24 hours. Then we planned to make the first one on 27/08/2020 and the second one on 29 then his plane on 31 morning. We did the first test on 27/08/2020 at 10:29 We came on 29/08/2020 and took the negative result then we did the second test sane day at 18:33 it was not crowded at all. We came on 30/08/2020 at almost 17:00 to take the second result then we surprised that they lost the second sample. We was very angry as no time to make another test so my son can avoid quarantine in Hungary. One guy his name is Mudar was helped us to do another test and we was behinde the sample untill the result was ready in almost three hours, we got it 30/08/2029 at almost 23:30 Thank you Mudar as you saved us but we still not satisfied because we lost time and money for going and coming to Basaksher and awaited many hours to fix thier mistake. In my opinion and experience i don't recommend this hospital for pcr at all .

I rate them as zero. I came as a tourist to Istanbul and had an accident and moved to this hospital. Look. We saw all kind of mistreatment, rude staff, bad service, racism, unprofessionalism in this place. Most of their staff are not human. I don’t know how these people got their medical degree. You need therapy after getting out. May god make every rude staff feel the same pain we suffered and find someone who treated them same way as they treated us. Worst hospital I have seen in my life.

The worst hospital in the whole world, guaranteed. Receptionists and doctors are the most racist, disrespectful, uneducated, unethical, unaccountable, irresponsible, rude, insensitive , oppressive, with zero manners for foreigners. I saw a lady who couldn't speak turkish kicked out of the doctors room with so much disrespect. Then it was our turn and the female emergency room doctor started screaming at us , completely refusing to give us the treatment we needed even though not getting treatment can cause death. We need therapy for this. I highly advise against going to this hell. How shameful for a doctor to not have learned simple manners to speak. Please throw that degree in the garbage, you've insulted all doctors by being a doctor. My first worst experience in Turkiye , I love Turkiye but hate this one doctor.

Don't come to this hospital! There are no doctors in the ER!!! nurses are very rude. Also, they charged me 50$ for a doctor check up and I ended up with clueless nurses!! What made us outrage is the fact they asked us to leave and come back the next day for a doctor check up so we went to a private hospital.

The hospital is good as a public one..the doctors are good and some of them can speak English..but the staff on the record areas most of them are very rood especially when they know that you are a foreigner they don't respect you as a sick person..even when you ask about anything they will not give the correct answer such as about directions of some places in the hospital like radiology or laboratory or anything else..they supposed to be more smart and good with patients..but in general the hospital is good.
