Mr experience with New Era Smile has been 2nd to none. From 1st communications with Tess, felt in safe hand, treated professionally with precise responses and detailed information throughout. I only made my 1st enquiry 3.5 weeks before I was landing in Antalya with my 1st dentist visit the following day. All transfers from and to airport, dentist pick ups with additional drop offs for my Husband (who was not having treatment) dropping him back to the hotel whilst I were in appointments, all the drivers were lovely, all the staff were lovely and at all times felt looked after. I had x 1 root canal, 1 x root removed from a tooth loss I had as a result of a gum infection few months earlier and an implant in its place,a wisdom tooth removed (I only had 1 left, had had others removed in UK) 1 X cyst removed and cleaned out and 26 zirconium crowns. I had all the treatment on the 1st day (8hrs) this was my choice, I had no pain, a little sensitivity, a little swelling that went down by the following evening....I left the dentist at 17.00 with an appointment to go back at 8pm for my temps (my dentist came back to work to do this). My temps were fine, looked as good as finals, the dentist and I both agreed on a couple of adjustments to the look (longer top shorter bottom) following day new adjusted temps made and fitted..these were perfect. I was advised day off following day whilst my finals would be prepared, but at 14.30 Tess messaged advising my finals were ready and I could go back to get fitted or wait untill following day, I of course went back and the dentist came in on her day off to fit them (amazing service). My new smile was perfect, the adjustments were perfected and I was over the moon..day after went for a check up, cleaning...advised I could go back the day after following anither day of the new teeth in case my bite was not right etc .I didn't need to. I am so happy with the full experience - my Husband has also decided to go back to get a new smile - I highly recommend this dentist and worth the full 5 stars

Very bad experience. Unfortunately maybe Dr Ramadan doesn’t know how that coordinating speak with customers, of he knows and doesn’t care. I was in clinic in 2023 for implants and crowns everything was good, everything was fine for 3 months. After 3 months my top crown was cracked and must comeback for replacement. I spent again few grand for my trip😡😡. Again i was happy for 2 or 3 months until my crown was cracked again 😡. I text and sent messages, pictures with crown but coordinating from clinic try to avoid to pay for my accommodation ( even i have paper signed and stamp from clinic manager when clinic said “ we pay for accommodation “). I ask to tell me were is my fault because for 2 times my crown was cracked in same place but still to avoid the answer and try to make everything ( even our contract said anything else 😡) to replace my crown in warranty! Please be careful with this clinic!!!!

I have been this practice. Come from London had my implants and root canal retreatment done. All stuff was amazing, kind, and caring. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs dental treatment with high quality and affordable prices.

Absolutely amazing clinic me and my mother in law have been treated so well everyone was lovely and welcoming a special shout out to Tess for being the amazing person she is very informative and helpful explained everything from price to treatment procedure all the dentists are perfectionists again such an amazing clinic

Just back from New Era Smile for my 2nd visit. My first treatment was in last May, Professor Doctor Ramazan did 5 implants, bone craft and sinus lift etc. on me. I have to say he is highly knowledgeable for what he is doing, extremely experienced and gentle so my gum healed super good. All my implants went successfully. This visit, 3 of my friends came together with me, after full details of professional consultations, 2 friends had implants and other smaller treatments, another friend had a full mouth Hollywood smile depending on her teeth conditions. All my friends very satisfied about their treatments! Well done! The clinic is kept in very high standard hygiene, people work there are very friendly and kind, especially thank you to Tess and Achey, they are so professional and kind to comfort us, because we were nervous with teeth treatments, who doesn't...... Lol Pricewise, I compared a few dentists in Turkey, lots researches put in before my journey. New Era smile gave me a better price with best customer service they provide. So I am a happy bird! Can't highly recommend enough! Thank you New Era give us a new Smile!
